今までご予約の変更など柔軟に対応できておりましたが、ご予約のキャンセル変更に伴うスタッフの確保や、
ご予約をお断りするお客様も増えてしまったため、大変恐縮ではございますが施行させていただきます。

CANCALLATION POLICY
Thank you for coming to our salon.
From April 1, 2024, we will have a cancellation policy. Last minute changes and cancellations have made it difficult to stay on time and run smoothly. We ask for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Changes or Cancellations: Please change or cancel your reservation by the day before.
For reservations made online, please modify your appointment by 11:59pm. If you made a reservation by phone, please call to change or cancel your appointment during business hours the day before.
Cancellations or changes cannot be made via Instagram or email.
・Cancellations on the same day: ¥1000-
If you contact us on the day before your appointment time, you will be charged ¥1000. If you contact us after your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
If you are late on the day or change the time on the day of your appointment, the treatment may be modified or cancelled, so other customers can keep their appointments on-time.
・Charged 100% of the treatment fee
If you contact us after your arrival time, or if you don’t contact us at all, your reservation will be canceled without notice. We will charge you 100% of the treatment fee.
If you make an online reservation, we will charge you the treatment fee you reserved, and if you make a reservation by phone, we will charge you the average amount of the past three treatment fees.
The above cancellation fee will be charged at your next visit.
